Ingredients :
· Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
· 1 teaspoon of organic honey
· 200 ml of water
INSTRUCTIONS :
Stir boiling water with cinnamon and let marinate for 30 minutes. Once cooled water, add honey and place your drink in the refrigerator. Eat 1 cup of this drink before sleeping.
