The diet plan is as follows:
Day 1
For breakfast, you should eat 2 boiled eggs, 2 tomatoes, and drink a cup of green tea. You shouldn’t put sugar in your tea. For lunch you should eat two boiled eggs with 1 cup of green tea and 120 gm of boiled fish.
For snacks you should eat apples. For dinner you should consume vegetables only such as carrots, broccoli, green beans, etc.
Day 2
You should start the second day with 1 banana, 2 boiled eggs, and 1 cup of green tea. For lunch you repeat the same thing as on the first day. There are no snacks on the second day, so you just wait for the dinner. Eat a slice of rusk, cottage cheese 120 grams, and a cup of milk.
Day 3
For breakfast you should drink 1 tomato juice and eat 2 boiled eggs. For lunch you should drink 1 cup of green tea and eat 2 egg white with 120 gm of meat. No snacks. For dinner, consume a green salad with 2 baked potatoes and 1 cup of green tea.
